CrossFit

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is meant to be B.I.G. fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. We provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, and can have a positive impact on you child’s academics. Our program is modifiable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
