Stop Starting Over.

Crossfit Gym in Prince Frederick, MD

Coach-led fitness for busy adults in Calvert County who want to get stronger, feel better, and finally make exercise stick.

You do not need to be in shape before you begin. You do not need to know what to do. You just need a place to start—and a team that will help you keep going.

No workout required. No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are and what you need.

You know you should do something.

Doing it alone has not worked.

Maybe you have joined gyms before and stopped going. Maybe you are short on time, low on energy, or unsure how to train around an old injury. Maybe CrossFit looks interesting—but also like something you should get in shape for first.

That cycle is frustrating, but it does not mean you lack discipline. Most people struggle when they are expected to create the plan, learn the movements, stay motivated, and hold themselves accountable all by themselves.

At Merit, you do not have to.

A plan. A coach. People who notice.

Know what to do

Every class is planned for you. You show up, and your coach guides you through the warm-up, movements, and workout from beginning to end.

Train at your level

We adjust movements, loading, and intensity to fit your current ability. Beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side while each gets the right workout.

Build consistency

Your coaches learn your goals. Your classmates learn your name. When people expect to see you, exercise becomes easier to keep doing.

The team at Merit took all of my excuses away by being super PATIENT, very encouraging, scaling anything I couldn’t do, and simply providing an environment where I could feel comfortable participating at my current fitness level.
