OUR FACILITY
Located in northern Prince Frederick, MD, CrossFit Merit is housed in a 2,500 sq. ft. facility which allows for group classes, specialty courses, and one-on-one training. We have all the necessary equipment and apparatus you need to train for your goals.
1,500+ sq. ft. training area with a 34 ft. Rogue Rig, High ceilings for wall balls and muscle ups, Access to outdoor are for workouts, Athlete Lounge with lockers and two showers, Kids play area, and much more!
